Ampeli Villa rental prices
The rental rate depends on season and occupancy level. Rates below apply for up to 4 guests (lower occupancy bookings preferred). For bookings at a higher occupancy level (5 or 6 guests), please add £100 per week.

Terms and Conditions
Strictly NO SMOKING in Ampeli Villa or the garden, please.
We provide a welcome pack of grocery essentials and local wine.
Bed linen and bath towels are supplied.
Mid-stay clean and linen change for 2-week rentals.
Please provide your own pool/beach towels.
Guests have use of a local mobile phone for booking restaurants and taxis.
There is also a PC with (pay-as-you-go) WiFi Internet access if required (connection permitting). Click here for further WiFi details including rates (payable locally).
Fair use of A/C is included in the rental (occupied rooms, windows closed, suggested temperature).
Arrival: after 4 p.m.
Departure: before noon
Booking Procedure
Check availability calendar and complete email enquiry form.
We will confirm whether your dates are available and reserve for 48 hours (on request) to allow you to book flights.
Booking is confirmed on receipt of completed booking form together with 30% (non-refundable) deposit.
Balance of rental plus £200 security bond (in case of damage or breach of terms) is due 2 calendar months before arrival.
We will then send final information, directions to the villa and key arrangements.
We will refund the security bond, if everything is OK, within 2 weeks of your stay.
